Dear Mr Egan,
I would like to thank you for the excellent service I received from your organization.
My Loan application turned out to be not as straight forward as I thought it would be and Jason was extremely helpful in assisting me to obtain the best deal possible.
The response from Jason in returning phone calls and keeping me up to date with regard to the stage of the loan was excellent at all times. On the occasions that Jason was not available and I spoke with other staff their manner was courteous and calls were always returned promptly.
I would also like to mention that your receptionist has both an excellent telephone manner and customer focus. It was very nice to have my name remembered when I came into the office. She has a very pleasant and friendly manner.
