Joe commenced working in the finance industry at the State Savings Bank as Junior Clerk/Teller in 1976.
Joe worked 9 years in Melbourne at various suburban branches including 3 years in the city Head office HR and Staff Training departments.
In 1985 moved home from suburban Melbourne to take up residence in Trafalgar to assume branch accountant positions at various Gippsland branches of the State Bank of Victoria
Soon after took on Branch Manager roles at State Bank branches throughout the Gippsland area from Koo Wee Rup, Drouin and Warragul through to Sale.
Extensive experience in all facets of lending from home, business, farming and personal. Ended bank career in 1995 with the Commonwealth Bank Warragul branch and joined the finance team at Wight's Motor World Traralgon as Business Manager.
In 1997 supported the establishment of Gippsland Fleet Management Services (GFMS), now known as RACV Salary Packaging assisting both local people and other clients Australia wide with their vehicle leasing and salary sacrifice requirements.
Recently left RACV Salary Packaging bringing to Club Financial Services prolific experiences in the financial industry together with salary packaging and taxation experiences.
